All pet kittens are placed when they are 4 months old. They have completed the series of 3 basic vaccines, rabies vaccine, microchip placement, and spay/neuter surgery. They are physically and mentally ready to go out into the world to start their new lives with their forever families, sharing their love, beauty, and playfulness with all they encounter.
Allergen results: Kittens can be tested when 12 weeks of age for the Fel d 1 protein in their saliva. Even with low allergen kittens/cats frequent cleaning and use of air filtration recommended to minimize allergen exposure. Each person has unique reactions to the various allergen levels so the results and symptoms below are a general guideline based on past experiences.
Less than 1 - extremely low - ok for severe symptoms 1.0 to 1.75 - Very low - can be ok for people with itchy skin, sneezing, mild asthma 1.75 to 2.5 - Low - can be ok for moderate symptoms 2.5 to 3.5 - Medium low - ok for very mild symptoms 3.5 and up - not recommended for allergies
